Eneloop Batteries are Tops

How would you like to be able to use rechargeable batteries right out of the box? You can with these. Not only that, they give your gizmo juice longer than conventional rechargeables, and the charge lasts 6 months to a year when not in use unlike conventional rechargeables that lose their charge much faster. They are also stable at low temperatures and can be charged up to 1,000 times. Sounds pretty slick and our family is a HUGE user of rechargeable batteries. You can use any NiMH (Nickle Metal Hydride) battery charger for these. A charger with two AA’s is about $11. A four pack with charger, $19.92.

Great Idea, this needed to happen sooner, combine this type of tech with a ipod, I would love my ipod to last 6 months on a charge.

Note: it says the batteries last from 6 months to a year if NOT in use, but should last longer while in use but I don’t think they will allow you to play an Ipod for SIX months!

Don’t really understand why they aren’t making more things like these. - Eric Monse
