Calling all cat lovers who hate their ugly cat litter boxes: check out this camouflaged cat litter cabinet. Made out of wood, this both functional and pretty box will keep your bathroom looking like a bathroom and not a cat lavatory. It’s a nice piece of furniture with a handy storage area for a few other cat items. Access to the litter tray is as simple as opening the doors.These cabinets come in cherry, birch and mahogany and kitty can access the litter box through the movable flap door. This door will also serve to keep the kitty odor inside the box. These cabinets are a bit pricey but bear in mind they are also a piece of furniture. Of course there is always a more affordable a litter box.

We have found that those cat litter boxes that come with doors work very well at keeping the odors and kitty litter particles IN the box and not outside the litter box. Open or doorless litter boxes smell and you can find particles of litter all over the house.

Now there are those that have trained their cats to use the toilet. Please share with me how you did it! Clumping cat litter is not cheap.

You can buy a cat toilet seat online. I think I’ve seen it at petsmart or petco.

I doubt any of my cats could ever be toilet trained, but it sure does beat having cat litter all over the floor.

This would come in handy if we didn’t have a basement for our litterbox. It doesn’t look like there’s a lot of room to maneuver, tho. Our cat likes to stand on the edge like he’s about to go off the high-dive.
