Synchronise Your Music To Your Workout

Ever exercise with your MP3 Player player and wish the beat of your music matched the pace of your activity? Well wish no more, as Yamaha has come up with the a gadget that does just that. It’s called Bodibeat. You load it up with your favorite MP3’s and attach it to your wrist. It has four modes: free mode, fitness, training and music. The memory stick is a little stingy though with only 512k of memory. I would imagine that if this device takes off, Yamaha will come up with a larger memory stick.
Bodibeat works by playing tracks that match your workout. If you switch pace, Bodibeat switches songs. Your pulse is monitored via your ear phones. Nice idea!
