I love herbs and gardening in general, however I am also often lazy and like the easiest route to getting my cooking done. This is about as convenient as it gets for adding herbs to whatever strikes your fancy. It’s Norman Copehagen’s Herb Stand and I love it. I can envision several of these containing my most used herbs, on the kitchen counter top. We have a big island and it would go well there. My favorites are rosemary, basil, and sage.
